His parents have had many litters before him, about 6, for the first 4 litters all the cubs were born health and growed strong, in the 5 litter none of the cubs survived, at the 6 his sister Aranea was born with other 3 , only Aranea survived. And then Tuko's litter, he had a twin sister but she was already dead when birth. Tuko was small and looked somewhat ill, after his birth the parents got castrated (if they couldn't have anymore health cub it was better to get none).

Tuko was abandoned by the mother, she didn't have interests on him, and when everything seemed to be over for him his sister, Aranea, gave him a chance. She gave him everything that their parents had denied him, love and attention a family; the only thing she wasn't able to do was breastfeed and no one did it so he was fed with sheeps milk and that made him grow in a different way, not as strong as a normal cub but he survived and that's what maters.

It didn't took many time to his parents find out that Aranea was taking care of him, she was losing too many fights and always seemed to be in a hurry, soon they found him, he has bigger now but was still that little odd cub, his father took him away and abandoned him to die in a place near from a old arena. He stayed there a hole night and just survived because some who was with him ... Aurelia, Sator send she to take care of the poor cub, she: the cubs protector, saved his life but it wont be the last time. In the next day Aurelia had brought Aranea to take care of him, once again brother and sister were together.

Not many time passed until a Shadow Empire patrol founded they ... at least Tuko, Aranea was not with him, the empire cats knew that it was someone with him, they could smell it and he even had a collar with his name on it (Aranea last gift) but they couldn't just leave him there, and then they took him to their camp. Before he could join the nursery he stayed a couple of days in the heather's den, it need to made sure that he was health so he couldn't infect anyone else, but Aranea took good care of him and he soon was officially an empire cat.

As a cub he had growled up in Shadow Empire, he had no closer friends or someone to look up to, Anaba the den mother was the only one who really talked with him actually, and since the first 2 months in the empire he didn't got outside the nursery too much he begun to think that no one liked him. But then he was 4 months old and was able to leave the den a bit more, he was now healthy and was a normal cub like anyone else, he then start making friends and soon he founded a paternal figure, Remus (the current leader of Shadow while Tuko's cubhood) was the authority and, to a cub, it was just like a God.

The time passed and Tuko was just about to be promoted to an apprentice when ... The Hunters happened, and they took away Cyrus (the current Silver) and also ... Remus, Tuko broke, it couldn't be truth could it? The only family he had was taken from him and just now when he was ready to prove his amount. That was enough, he couldn't accept it, in his mind Remus was still alive but then Evander took the next leader's place, it wasn't fair! Remus was the leader and no one had the right to take it from him, of course this was just in the little cub mind.

- He was a really ill cub and for that he doesn't have many friends from nursery;
- After he started training he got a few of small scars (see in the reference) and even if some cats enjoy have scars Tuko is an exception, so he does his best to take care of injuries so then they wont turn out into scars, for that he tends to go a lot in the Heather's den; with that he had learned many things, he knows the basic to be a heather and could even be an its apprentice but he wants to be a gladiator and nothing will change his mind.
